The Deeper Thrive course has helped me in many ways. I’ve learned to eat spaciously so my blood sugar is more stable and I’ve lost 10lbs (I’m type 2 diabetic so this is very beneficial). I was feeling stuck with lots of things and the course has helped me move forwards. I’m better able to put my thoughts into action, leading to better decisions and less overwhelm and I can get back on track with good habits if I stray. For example, drinking water every morning is now a well-established habit. Small steps such as this build up and have a cumulative effect. Kerry’s input in the 121 coaching sessions was invaluable, helping me see my own patterns. Working with my accountability partner was also really helpful, providing gentle guidance and encouragement. It’s good to witness other people’s challenges and celebrate success and I valued the openness in the group about things that can seem small but that have big effects. It was lovely to develop friendships with like-minded new people. Overall, I am developing a new view of myself as a mobile juicy person post-menopause with a positive view of the future.
