My first three months have been really interesting. I started off gung ho and am realising that easeful living means finding balance between too much wilfulness and not enough effort – there’s a sweet spot in the middle. It’s so good to have guidance and support to clarify where I am, where I’d like to be and how to get there in manageable steps, incrementally. I like working with my accountability partner – feels good to check in and know we’re supporting each other to make positive change. And the coaching calls are great for addressing a specific question and having Kerry’s perceptive clarity, insight and gentle support. I like being part of a group of people who are growing and thriving and helping each other.

Kerry was immediately inspiring and her excitement and positivity about the course were infectious. She is well informed about all the habits and provided useful suggestions. She has a kind and caring approach during one-to-one coaching, encouraging group members to seek solutions to their difficulties without offering an opinion. She is gentle, yet persistent, patiently asking pertinent questions until clarity is found. Kerry is professional and organised, sets clear boundaries and goals, and at the same time is fun and a joy to work with.

My experience with Kerry’s Health Coaching has been very inspiring. Kerry ‘walks the walk’ as well as ‘talks the talk’ and her enthusiasm shines through. The course has a nice balance between being structured and yet open. For example, each week I would engage with one of the ‘ten habits’ and at the weekly meeting I could share this if I wanted to and Kerry would give you space to open up generating a lovely organic feel.  The private online forum is useful as Kerry posts material which is relevant but I never felt the sense of being overloaded or out my depth. The forum also helped me to connect to members who had started earlier. I’m very happy with the course as my diet and eating patterns have changed for the better, plus I’m starting to slowly develop my meditation practice. An unexpected benefit is I’m calmer, with a greater assurance in my actions. I am steadily developing a lovely inner-confidence which is something I have always struggled with – really never anticipated this as one of my results and so glad this seed is now beginning to sprout. The course has a variety of reading material (online/hard copy) and lots of fun activities too.  It’s great meeting like-minded people and coupled with Kerry’ knowledge, dedication and fun nature I am looking forward to continuing my upward journey.

I have found the Deeper Thrive course to be of such great value to me on a personal, physical and spiritual level. I feel more focussed in my beliefs and practices and more content that I am following the right path for me. What a difference it makes to develop these central  habits that impact directly on my health and well-being – and have weekly group sessions with a insightful and knowledgeable coach. I am very grateful.

Making the decision to join Deeper Thrive was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Struggling with a poor sleep pattern, negative thinking, low mood and a scattered approach to self care I was hungry for positive change . The weekly group meetings and monthly coaching calls provided me with a safe space to explore the habits and stuck emotions which were not serving me well. I enjoyed the challenges and discovered new pathways on my journey to establishing satisfying and fulfilling self care . Kerry is an amazing coach with many skills which helped me navigate the various habits and practises I needed to help me make the changes I desired. She has great intuition ,compassion and a cheeky sense of humour. The support of fellow thrives cannot be underestimated they lifted me up, carried me along with their encouragement and friendship. I now have a toolbox overflowing with resources which I will be using to maintain the progress I have made on my DT journey. I have learned how to slow down , stop even , and attend to my own needs without feeling guilty. I can now acknowledge the negative thoughts which had been difficult to let go of and let them go ,allowing flow and ease within myself. My heartfelt thanks to Kerry for her support guidance and patience . Deeper thrive has been a wonderful experience and given me a completely fresh approach to self and indeed to life itself in all its fullness.

I have been on the course for a few weeks. The biggest has been the impact on my constipation. After years of IBS etc, who knew that adding drinking water along with my lemon juice and time would do the trick. I have not had Fibrogel for weeks! I have more energy and have lost an inch from my waist and 4lbs! I am happy making adjustments 5 days out of 7 and I expect the good habits will grow.

I felt the course was delivered in a way that was easy to understand and go away and act on it and I knew that there was always someone to talk to. I started the course overweight, needed laxatives, had problems with urine infections and blood pressure was high, so I knew I needed to take control of my own life and not depend on medication. I am much calmer and happy with were I am headed. I no longer need the laxatives, the urine infections are getting less and I have lost a stone in weight since January. My blood pressure has come back to normal that is the most amazing thing for me.
Big Thank You to you Kerry X

The Deeper Thrive course is a wonderful gift to others offering a beautiful and challenging path for deep growth, with the right combination of guidance, questioning, deep listening, gentle nudging, and holding as well as providing space for us.

In terms of where I started to now: I was someone who was looking to take their yoga practice ‘off the mat’ and live an even more healthier lifestyle and this is what is happening. My energy levels have always been fairly good, but they have increased. My sleep patterns are better and recognising when to rest has become a habit. Diet has really improved and the creativity within it has somehow made me a more creative person. As my tummy seeks healthier and more diverse food it seems have made me seek out new areas of creativity in music, poetry and art. I also feel more assured about who I am and the course is helping me to know ‘me’.  I like how the course is delivered and the online forum is especially good – I like the challenges it sets and how it makes me consider.

My aim for joining the course was to manage and lessen the impact of a chronic illness and to make positive changes for a happier/healthier future for myself and my family. I have just completed the first block of the course and have been delighted by the physical and mental shifts that are allowing new pathways and possibilities. Since the start of the course I am now a person who: takes less medication, am in less pain, feels hopeful about the future, has more mental clarity, eats a healthier diet, has a tool box of strategies, has a community and the support of like minded people and am a person who honours and cares for my body with greater attention. I am full of excitement and curiosity by the potential that the next 9 months may bring.

I joined as I had been in a rut for ages, not knowing if it was due to covid, pre-menopause, mid-life crisis or what. I just knew something had to change and I wasn’t able to do it by myself. I’d lost my mojo and sense of self, and felt I was just surviving, not thriving. I needed to change before years rolled by in a grey daze. I like the fact that the course was 3 x 11 weeks, plus coaching and other events, challenges and activities. I know myself well enough to know I’d peter out if it was full time, but this termly pattern really worked for motivation and energy. The physical habits helped in an immediate and practical way, but it was also the work we did on wider themes of emotions, relationships, self-sabotage and energy that made a huge impact. I now feel more like me. I have moved out of my head and am more aware of my body and it’s needs. I’ve started to recognise and trust my own intuition again and can make conscious choices for my own long term good. I’ve been able to find that pause between impulse and action. In the last term I have really felt the traction growing, and I’m more energised and have become a powerhouse at work again, instead of just doing the bare minimum to get by. I feel like the journey to start to know myself again has only just started and I have lots of avenues I want to explore and find out more.
