Most of us fall into the busy-ness trap. We are so busy working and taking care of others that we are disconnected from who we are and what we need, until life throws us a curve-ball lifeline. Ideally we catch imbalance earlier, but symptoms, fatigue, illness or breakdown offer opportunities to change how we live.

Life’s transitions, such as motherhood, midlife, peri-menopause and menopause, can also offer profound challenges, opportunities for growth and deeper self-knowing. During these pivotal phases, women need extra support, care, kindness and time. They need the loving wisdom of those who have walked this path before to ground and guide them as their journey unfolds.
