The journey to back to wholeness begins with a single STEP.

Most of us fall into the busy-ness trap. We are so busy working and taking care of others that we become disconnected from who we are and what we need. Until, that is, life throws us a curve-ball lifeline. Ideally we catch imbalance earlier, but burnout, symptoms, fatigue, illness or breakdown offer opportunities to change how we live.

Life’s transitions, such as relocation, motherhood, midlife, peri-menopause and menopause, can offer profound challenges. They also mirror back to us where we are out of balance so are opportunities for healing and deeper self-knowing. During these pivotal phases, women need extra support, care, kindness and time. They need the loving wisdom of those who have walked this path before to ground and guide them as their journey unfolds.
